TERMS OF SERVICE

Privacy Policy: When you use our online forms, you trust us with your information. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We at Indoor Goals have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers. This information is kept confidential and is not shared. Any privacy concerns should be directed to meg@indoorgoals.com; we take all privacy concerns very seriously and will respond appropriately and quickly. Our customers have been our number one priority and will continue to be our first priority in the future.
General Arena Policies: Indoor Goals is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. All guests shall remain respectful and courteous to Indoor Goals staff and fellow patrons. Indoor Goals values the support of all guests and reserves the right to deny service for any reason.
For the safety and comfort of our patrons, no animals are allowed in the arena, except for certified service animals.
Per our OLCC permit, no alcohol may be brought into Indoor Goals. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased inside the arena. All patrons must be age 21 or older and provide legal identification to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Guests or participants displaying inappropriate behavior may be ejected from the building. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to: Drunk and disorderly conduct; Fighting or challenging others to fight; Using profanity and/or other offensive words; Failure to comply with facility staff.

Sexual Misconduct Awareness: Indoor Goals is committed to creating a safe environment for all guests. Indoor Goals has partnered with USA Hockey and the US Center for SAFESPORT to institute a training program for Sexual Misconduct Awareness. Indoor Goals requires all staff and coaches to complete SafeSport Training. Questions should be directed to meg@indoorgoals.com
Rental Policy: Indoor Goals is available to rent on an hourly basis for your event. Please call for availability and rates. A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve arena time. All parties and rentals must be paid in full prior to taking the floor, or a late fee of $50 will be assessed. Please email for availability meg@indoorgoals.com

Youth Class Policies: No refunds or makeups for missed classes. Classes meet once a week for 8 weeks, unless otherwise noted. Although there may be other classes offered during the week, participation is only for the specific day and time you registered for.
ONLY PAID REGISTRATIONS GUARANTEE A SPOT IN CLASS.

DISCLAIMER: I realize no amount of reasonable supervision or training can eliminate all of the dangers of athletic participation and that my child may suffer serious injury as a result of participation in athletic events, and would include exposure to any infectious diseases (such as Covid -19 or any variant there of). Notwithstanding this possibility, and with full knowledge and understanding of the risk of serious injury to my son/daughter as a result of athletic participation, I give my permission to my son/daughter to participate in all sports and activities at Indoor Goals. In the event that my child is injured during the absence of parent or legal guardian, give my permission to the person in charge to seek medical care.

Required Equipment for Skating/Hockey & Soccer Classes, and Leagues
Hockey Leagues: Inline Skates, knee & shin protection, elbow pads, cup & jock (males), pelvic protector (females), HECC approved helmet (full face shield for under 18 yrs), long pants or socks to cover shin guards, hockey gloves & stick, attached colored mouthpiece (under 18 yrs). Equipment is available for rent. Please call us to check size availability.

Summer Camp Policies: Cancellation and Refunds: We reserve the right to cancel or combine programs with fewer than 8 students. Full refunds will be given if we cancel a program. No refunds for missed days.; Weather Disclaimer: Should we be unable to be outside due to weather, the camp will be held at Indoor Goals, where we will have activities for the campers.

Birthday Party Policies: Indoor Goals is available to rent for birthday parties. Birthday parties include 1 hour of arena floor time and 45 minutes of party room time. All paper products/utensils and food/drink are to be provided by the host. Per our OLCC license, no outside alcohol may be brought into the arena.

Bad Weather Policies: In Case of Bad Weather: Indoor Goals staff and referees make every effort to get here for games. As long as Indoor Goals is open, all games will be on as scheduled. If your team (or partial team) is unable to make the game, we will have a game with the players that are here, and there will be NO make-up game. Should there be any cancellation of games, it will be posted on the home page of our web site and there will be a rescheduled game.; Weather Disclaimer for Summer Camps: Should we be unable to be outside due to weather, the camp will be held at Indoor Goals, where we will have activities for the campers.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY for ADULT PARTICIPANTS: In consideration of myself being allowed to participate in any way in the INDOOR GOALS program, related events and activities, the participant acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:
1. The risk of injury to myself from the activities involved in these programs is significant, including the potential for permanent disability and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and would include exposure to any infectious diseases (such as Covid -19 or any variant there of).
2. FOR MYSELF, SPOUSE, AND CHILD, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my child’s participation; and,
3. I willingly agree to comply with the program’s stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant concern in my child’s readiness for participation and/or in the program itself, I will remove my child from participation bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
4. I, for myself, my spouse, my child, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE INDOOR GOALS, its officers, officials, agents and and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. (“Releases”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property incident to my child’s involvement or participation in these programs, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. I, for myself, my spouse, my child, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY IDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS all the above Releases from any and all liabilities incident to my involvement or participation in these programs, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY PARTICIPATING IN ACTIVITES AT INDOOR GOALS, AND PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT. By participating in activities at INDOOR GOALS Sports Arena, I am agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth above.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY for YOUTH PARTICIPANTS: In consideration of my minor child/ward (“my child”), being allowed to participate in any way in any way in the INDOOR GOALS program, related events and activities, the parent/guardian acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

The risk of injury to my child from the activities involved in these programs is significant, including the potential for permanent disability and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and would include exposure to any infectious diseases (such as Covid -19 or any variant there of).
2. FOR MYSELF, SPOUSE, AND CHILD, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my child’s participation;
3. I willingly agree to comply with the program’s stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. I, for myself, my spouse, my child, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY IDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS all the above Releases from any and all liabilities incident to my involvement or participation in these programs, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By allowing my child to participate in activies at Indoor Goals, I am agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth above.
